We welcome our valued clients to Jormedia and appreciate your understanding of these necessary terms that govern our relationship with all customers.

Website Usage Rules:
Jormedia prohibits the following uses for websites we design or host:

1. Publishing or linking to pornographic/offensive content in any format (text, audio, video)
2. Publishing or linking to content inciting crime or religious/sectarian hatred
3. Using websites to attempt hacking other sites or distribute malicious files
4. Using standard hosting plans to distribute free web space
5. Using hosting space solely for backup storage
6. Publishing copyrighted material without authorization (movies, songs, software)

Watermark Requirements:

All clients must maintain this footer credit:
"Site Design & Dev by: www.jormedia.com"

• Clients may remove the watermark with prior written agreement
• Unauthorized removal results in immediate service termination and public release of the website

Violation Procedures:

1. We immediately terminate accounts publishing offensive content
2. We suspend sites attempting hacking or malware distribution without warning
3. We require sites publishing pirated content to provide copyright proof or remove material

Payment Policy:

1. We require 50% design fee upfront, with balance due upon launch
2. We provide one month of free technical support (extendable)
3. We suspend sites with overdue payments for one week before permanent deletion

Jormedia Commitments:

1. We maintain optimal server environments for client sites
2. We repair server-side issues only (excluding client software)
3. We perform daily/weekly/monthly backups according to plan

Client Responsibilities:

1. Clients must maintain their own site backups
2. We assume no liability for data loss under any circumstances
3. We recommend regular use of cPanel backup tools
